After we have completed a draft of the first page of the site (known as the 'front-end design'), we will ask you to view this so that you can be sure we're on the right track. We upload the design to a private, password protected site where only you will know the web address. This allows you to provide feedback for the next stage of the project. This process continues until the site is completed.

Web Hosting
Your site would be hosted on a dedicated server offering fast, commercial web space in a purpose built state-of-the-art data centre and will more than cover any planned development of the site. The web space has access to multiple routes to the Internet with feeds from separate providers to ensure maximum accessibility and on-line time.

We do not offer public hosting to non-design clients and we only host sites which we have designed and manage on behalf of clients. This strict policy in quite unusual in this industry, as web designers normally host their clients’ sites on a shared-server along with other web designer’s sites. However, our policy ensures a very stable hosting environment (as we control what other web sites share the same web server as your site) with a high level of service and security and a very low risk of any downtime, which aren’t normally present with other hosts.

Site Maintenance
redrhino can provide a frequent maintenance service for your Web Site. The dynamic nature of the Internet means that new content is constantly being added and existing information being changed to meet the customers needs. The Site Maintenance service provides an easy means for updating the contents of your Web Site.

Site maintenance agreements are secured either on a retainer, on a specified pre-determined plan, such as a monthly information update or on an ad-hoc basis. The price varies depending on the size and complexity of the site and the frequency of the work.
